John Eder (aka Yao Han), a Chinese Brush Artist from Amarillo, Texas a member of The International Calligraphy and Chinese Ink Painting Society (ICCPS) received an invitation to submit two paintings to be displayed at an international exhibition in China later this year.
John submitted two paintings and they have been received at the ICCPS Home Office in Tokyo where they will be mounted on hanging silk scrolls, then transported to Anshan, China. Paintings from across the world will be hung for the international exhibition which will take place at the Anshan City Public Cultural Center from October 1 through October 14, 2016.
Each of John’s paintings is 13 by 26 inches in size although the size of the scrolls will be larger. All of the hanging scrolls from the exhibition will be returned to the respective artists in late November or early December. John’s paintings will be available for viewing at China Art Gallery, Studio 96 at Sunset Center, as soon as they are received.
